For nearly a decade I’ve been a licensed massage therapist with a breadth of experience working in high performance clinics alongside chiropractors, physical therapists and other wellness professionals. I learned how to integrate into a client’s treatment plan and the strength of my assessment skills vs. other therapists but possess the right balance of confidence and humility—to know if we should continue working together or refer them to another practitioner.

Massage isn’t one size fits and all and I offer a unique approach tailored for each individual based on the consultation and body’s response during treatment. I integrate a hybrid of modalities in order to provide you with a customized treatment. My intention with this service is to bring my experience and intuitive touch to future clients who want a fresh set of eyes and hands on their body.

Individual massage

Offerings include a range of modalities ranging from traditional Swedish, deep tissue, and sports as well as more clinical/specialized modalities such as targeted fascial release and myofascial release.

minimum 60 minutes, maximum of 120 minutes
