Why I Created Conor Mac Massage

I built Conor Mac Massage for one reason and one reason only, to bring my thousands of hours as one of the most experienced and thorough clinical massage therapists in the Midwest, to you.  

As I’ve talked about in other posts, I wasn’t always a massage therapist but after getting my massage therapy license in 2014, I dove directly into the clinical world. I don’t talk and think about wellness, I live it. After becoming licensed, I practically lived in both high performance clinics as a massage therapist and in yoga studios as an instructor.

I’ve operated in clinics with chiropractors, rehabilitation specialists, physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons and pain physicians as one component to their patients’ treatment plan. Then the pandemic happened and from there a new path was born. For some, among many other things, this was a transformative time and from it, I created this. 

I operate in a way that is very accessible and that’s intentional. My personal mantra is to perform and work in service of others. I work daily to meet this endeavor and to serve my community. I designed this business to work in the place that is most convenient and comfortable for you – whether it’s in my Gold Coast massage studio or the comforts of your own home, office, hotel. That’s it. There’s no hidden gimmick or ulterior motive.
